Media Linguistics XXI century

The release of the international series of monographs “Language in the Coordinates of Mass Media” begins. The monographs cover the latest research in the field of media linguistics. The series was founded by the Institute "Higher School of Journalism and Mass Communications" of St. Petersburg State University and the Media Linguistic Commission under the International Committee of Slavists. The editorial board includes media linguists from Russia, Germany, Czech Republic, Serbia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Poland, Belarus, Lithuania, Finland, Italy and China.

Four monographs were published in 2019: “Media linguistics of the Slavic countries”, “Grammar of speech actions in media linguistics”, “Stylistic analysis in media linguistics” and “Criticism of speech in media linguistics”.
